Motivation for Monday...Sneak Peeks at Fun Finds!

Not quite done...just a peek...

I found this table in my mother and father in law's barn...just needed a little TLC.

Here is another one I found at a yard sale...they said they were just
going to throw THIS in the burn pile! OUCH!

I brought her home...cleaned her up...

Another one that I think I HAVE to keep..our black pedestal dining set is now for sale!

A $5 find...I am working on this...some vintage feedsacks...a little paint...

This is gonna be good...

I hope you have a great Monday...I have a ton of stuff to work on and paint (in between cleaning house and loads of laundry fun!

  1. I cannot believe they were going to throw that table in the burn pile! So glad you rescued it! Can't wait to see it all transformed!

    1. I about fell over when she said that!!! I am waiting for the baby to get up from her nap so I can haul it in the house (and not wake her)...I think I am keeping the rectangle drop leaf and selling our current set! We have an antique round pedestal I painted black...and time for a change.

Always nice to talk to you...have a great day!

  4. Looks like you have been keeping busy! Your table transformations are amazing. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the chairs. I have a chair project I'm starting soon and it makes me so nervous. Definitely out of my comfort zone. I love the way you have your posts set up with a "theme" for the days of the week. Makes it super simple for planning I bet. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get back here. I loved hearing from you! I saved your email so I could check back and see how you are doing. Clearly all is well. :o)

  5. Oh, Ann...you are SO sweet! I have been a busy bee...with a 4 year old and 1 year old in tow. My mom and sister and I are working on our Flea Market...April 20th...LOTS going on! My mom is who turned me on to you...big fans!

I am going to try and tackle that chair later this week...I will admit...I am a bit afraid myself! I just have to jump in there and do it!

It means the moon to me that you visit!

    Have a fabulous week!
